Nadine Ambrose, working as the Student Engagement and Retention Specialist (aka Graduation Coach) with OCHS staff and for students over this past 1 ½ yrs, shares what she has utilized and continues to learn as she successfully engages and connects with the HS students she supports. In developing this new role, she has implemented her professional skills gained from a career working and coaching adult learners in a variety of organizational areas. Her transferrable and developmental skills of interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, change management, and more have proven to effectively make a positive difference in encouraging young adults to own and move forward into their own success.
